This role will help bring the story of **Quality & Performance** and **data integration** to life through compelling content tailored to diverse audiences including members, clients, internal teams, and executives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Engagement and subject matter experts to craft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging across various formats. **Key Responsibilities:** + Write and edit content for presentations, video and training scripts, promotional emails, flyers, infographics, and more. + Translate complex concepts into plain language for member-facing materials. + Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment with business goals. + Support Behavioral Health/EAP Sales with custom copywriting for marketing and internal presentations. + Meet tight deadlines for urgent and high-priority requests. + Ensure all content adheres to company writing standards and brand guidelines. + Review and revise content to improve clarity, tone, and effectiveness. **Required Skills/Experience** + Minimum **5 years of experience** in communications, marketing writing, or a related field. + Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. + Proven ability to tailor messaging for various audiences and platforms. + Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. + Familiarity with healthcare, mental well-being, or data-driven storytelling is a plus. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., video scripts, podcasts). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools. + Understanding of behavioral health or employee assistance programs (EAP). **Education:** Bachelor's degree About NTT DATA Services: NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
