Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesYou will be working on challenges that matter
Your core missions:
Execution of various in-house consumer research projects (80% quantitative, 20% qualitative):
• Contribution to research designs and set up
• Use of quantitative survey tools (online survey platforms and excel) for survey set-up and data collection
• Analysis and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data
• Creation of impactful and storytelled presentation of results & communicating the results for diverse audiences
Desk research: Mining existing internal data and secondary research (external data) and analyze trends for new services and business models in mobility and automotive industry.
Other contributions: CI monthly newsletter, develop powerpoint presentations or other communication format such as infography, improve internal tools.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, Social sciences, Economics, Sociology, or Industrial Engineering combined with Management.
Good knowledge of consumer research methods and their business applications.
Interest and curiosity for topics related to the future of mobility & automotive industry
Interest for synthesis and analysis of different sources of data
Previous experience in consumer market research
Rigorous, with strong attention to details and organizational skills plus a demonstrated ability to deal with multiple projects at once.
Fluent English (verbal and written). Chinese or German language skills is a plus.
Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint data and charting capabilities.
