Your New Role…
The Marketing Technology Manager plays an integral, cross-functional role within the MarTech team. You will be responsible for managing platforms and processes within the global marketing tech stack to support digital asset management platform operations for HBO Max Marketing.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Collaborate with in-house Creative, Production Operations, Marketing, and Global Media Buying Teams to collect requirements for supporting media campaign asset distribution and ensuring MarTech automation capabilities are in place. Develop and execute tools, workflows, and platforms that enable creative scale, performance, and innovation. Build and implement AI-driven creative tools and systems that increase efficiency, improve personalization, and expand creative automation and testing capacity. Architect streamlined, tech-enabled creative processes and playbooks that drive consistency, repeatability, and quality across workflows. Lead internal education efforts, platform training, and change management around DAM use, automation, and creative tooling to ensure successful adoption and upskilling across teams. Develop, test, and implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency. Intake platform enhancement requests, document requirements, and develop project plans for implementations in partnership with stakeholders, platform owners, and consulting partners Manage the implementation of taxonomies and metadata across digital assets to ensure accurate data collection for global marketing performance analysis Monitor DAM platform performance during product enhancement updates, global launches, and new team onboarding as needed Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and trends to continuously improve operations and share organization-wide communications regarding changesQualifications & Experience…
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Marketing, or related field is required. 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, media operations, or creative ops/production. Experience with marketing automation, taxonomy management, and UAT processes. Experience with developing and managing creative workflows. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Airtable, and Monday.com or similar tools. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines. Team first mentality with a genuine desire to facilitate and scale solutions.Bonus Points…
Experience with media planning, execution, and creative trafficking. Software development experience or full-stack academic background is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain cross-functional relationships (marketing, technical, and business teams) as well as external vendors and agencies.How We Get Things Done…
