**Job Summary**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing and project management professional to join the SHI marketing team to work closely with colleagues in the AGT (Advanced Growth Technologies), Stratascale (services) and ASG (pre-sales) organizations on defining and executing a common go-to-market strategy for SHI’s developing AI solutions and services portfolio.
This will initially be a senior individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Vice President Marketing with a close working relationship with the VP AGT, with a view to a potential move to Full Time Employee after an initial contract period of three months.
The role will be responsible for working with senior stakeholders at SHI to define and execute a go-to-market strategy comprising solution and service portfolio design and packaging, sales enablement, product marketing, analyst relations, events management and demand generation.
To achieve this, the role will have access to – and matrixed management of – resources from across the SHI marketing organization, as well as support from AGT, ASG and Stratascale.
The purpose of the 90-day engagement will be to kick-start the marketing of SHI’s distinct AI capabilities (beyond the general brand awareness and limited product launches supported to date) and to define the plan and resourcing for driving AI-related sales in 2026. On successful delivery of such initiatives, a move to an FTE position will be an option.
**Role Description**
+ Work closely with AGT, ASG, Stratascale, and other stakeholders to prioritize AI messaging and establish 3-5 key priorities, and keep the team focused on these.
+ Work with AGT to bring clarity to the AI solutions portfolio and partner with marketing to effectively expose this to the wider market.
+ Oversee the creation, publication and utilization of key assets to tell the SHI AI story.
+ Develop a content and marketing strategy and assets for SHI’s AI solutions with top OEM and ISV partners.
+ Define a framework and strategy to effectively position SHI’s AI solutions portfolio focused on differentiated customer value positioning Supporting the program to bring customers and partners on-site to SHI’s AI Labs in New Jersey.
+ Work with AGT and events marketing to further improve the experience.
+ Work with AGT, marketing and sales to improve the efficiency of the event management experience.
+ Supporting AGT and marketing to engage with vendor partners and to help secure funding to drive marketing programs to support SHI’s AI story.
+ Supporting OEM and ISV partner events and conference to provide maximum exposure for SHI’s AI solutions portfolio.
+ Helping subject matter experts at SHI contribute to marketing programs such as webinars, podcasts, press interviews, on-site events, etc.
+ Reporting to senior leadership on progress and impact of marketing programs on AI and AI-adjacent sales pipeline.
+ Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness.
+ Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies across all channels.
+ Monitor market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
+ Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum return on investment.
+ Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies and media.
+ Support the team in creating innovative marketing strategies to reach target audiences.
+ Assist with market research initiatives to gather insights on customer preferences and behavior.
+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all marketing activities.

**Other Requirements**
+ Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
+ 1+ years of management experience preferred
+ 2+ years of experience in Marketing or a related functional area
+ Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
+ Ability to travel 15%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $180,000 - $225,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
