Overview Objective: To accelerate RC growth in order to quickly expand PEP’s footprint into fuel space Scope of the Role: • Lead RC end-to-end marketing • Support line manager to lead consumer research and develop growth strategy of RC and launch new substrate innovation Responsibilities •Independently lead online communication and trade activation of RC and deliver high quality execution •Assist line manage in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovation on time •Support line manager to do business analysis and review, provide data support for business know-how and strategy planning Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field • 6+ years FMCG marketing-related experiences • Good communication skills, fluent English, both written & spoken • Good analytical skills • High integrity, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn • Strong project management capability
