Your role will be based at the Danish Lilly office in Herlev, and you will be supporting our local immunology brand team who has close ties to our Nordic organization. At Lilly we offer a friendly work environment, we have social events during the year, and you can look forward to working with other student assistants.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Support the immunology brand managers and medical advisors in their daily work within gastroenterology, dermatology and rheumatologyProduce and develop health care professional and patient materials on Lilly medicines within the immunology portfolioAssist with data input and analysisAdjust global campaigns and materials to local requirements and legislationDevelop and update medical presentations for health care professionalsIncorporate results from clinical trials with Lilly medicines into materials for health care professionals  Support brand managers in the planning of events for health care professionals (on ad-hoc basis)Participate in brand team meetings (where we develop strategic plans and discuss various activities to improve knowledge of our medicines)Various ad hoc support to the marketing team regarding materials

DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

Knowledge of and experience within the pharmaceutical industryLearnings from different members of the cross functional team (Medical, Regulatory, Ethics & Compliance, Analytics, Market Access, Omnichannel marketing, Quality and Logistics), including a Nordic student programDedicated time for career and development planning as part of the annual performance review cycleParticipation in internal and external trainings within AI, compliance, marketing, and the industry as a whole

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for a student with a scientific background with a business mindset who is excited to learn about the commercial perspectives and science of pharmaceutical products and will thrive in a flexible, collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Education: Final year of bachelor or first year of master within health science, i.e., Pharmacy, Business Administration and Bioentrepreneurship, Biology, Molecular Biomedicine, Medicine, etc. Previous experience or classes in immunology is a plusLanguage skills: Fluent in Danish and English, other Nordic languages is a plusSoftware skills: Microsoft Office, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint. General flair for technology and knowledge of graphical software to develop materials is a plusOther attributes:Structured, flexible, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneouslyA quick learner that is capable of working independently, take initiative and take responsibilityAble to think out of the box in a complex industry governed by rules and regulationsDetail-oriented, reliable, and precise in executionGood and active communicator both in writing and in personComfortable with sharing ideas and actively participating in brand discussions

Location: Eli Lilly Denmark, Lyskær 3E, 2. Tv, 2730 HerlevAbility to work in the office at least one day a week, the remaining time can be remoteCompensation: Competitive hourly payment (10-15 hours/week) as well as pension
