We are looking for a Marketing Strategy Lead Rare Disease, based in our RafflesCity office in Shanghai, China.

What you’ll do

Develop a winning Rare disease portfolio strategy and set the conditions for a successful market launch (“Shape the Product” and “Go to Market”) Establish sound brand strategy and initiatives with external lenses & customer centric approach, design multichannel customer engagement plans to drive commercial excellenceBuild and maintain long-term partnership with Key opinion leaders, collaborate with cross-functional teams in execution excellence, innovative initiatives, expand access to deliver business targetResponsible for rare disease portfolio business planning, long range plan development, bridge with global commercial organizations

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

1. 8-10 years+ pharma marketing/medial experience, brand ownership a plus

2. Solid analytical skills and ability to transfer insights to effective commercial portfolio strategies

3. Experience in marketing campaign (multi-channel) design, execution, strong KOL engagement

4. Creative thinker, willing to challenge the status quo; pro-active, propose new ideas and initiatives

5. Cross functional communication and project management skills (align people around one goal; track

progress, review and give constructive feedback for better outcome)

6. Adaptability, resilience

7. Fluent English/Mandarin & strong presentation skills
