Job Title: Marketing Strategist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Strategist to lead marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring enterprise-level clients. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset and strong execution capabilities across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead content efforts including social media, email marketing, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid media, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Report on campaign performance, ROI, and brand impact to senior leadership.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Identify PR opportunities, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships.
Handle multiple projects, priorities, and timelines effectively.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and digital campaigns.
Proven ability to develop marketing strategies targeting large-scale organizations.
Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Advertising, and CRM/Email Marketing preferred.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, video editing software, and website platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix).
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple deadlines.
Must be fluent in English.
