We are looking for a Marketing Strategic & Solutions Lead Rheuma & Bone who is visionary, collaborative, and results-driven to join our Immunology team, based at our UCB hub located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.

 

About the role

You will lead the development and execution of local marketing strategies aligned with European directives. You’re going to integrate field insights, drive brand planning, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks.

 

Who you will work with

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Commercial. You’re going to be a key contributor to the Solution Leads Community, fostering synergy and innovation across the organization.

 

What you will do

You will define and execute patient-centric marketing strategies tailored to local market dynamicsYou will be responsible for leading the annual marketing planning process and managing the marketing budgetYou will manage and develop the Rheuma and Bone Solution Lead teamsYou will design and deploy impactful omnichannel campaigns using customer insightsYou will analyze market trends and adapt strategies to ensure brand differentiationYou will ensure full compliance with local regulations, including Legislative Decree 231/2001

 

 

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or Healthcare8-10 years of experience in stakeholder-facing roles or marketing within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and stakeholder needsPeople management skills, including the ability to motivate and align team members with organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentStrong knowledge of compliance, market access, and healthcare regulationsExcellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholdersProficiency in digital tools and omnichannel marketing strategies.
