Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic marketing technology initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration within our Demand Generation - Analytics, Insights, and AI Development organization. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep B2B SaaS marketing expertise who can manage complex projects using Agile methodologies, optimize customer journeys, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple business functions.

Project Leadership & Agile Management
Lead end-to-end projects and implementations of Marketing Technology (Martech) solutions across the customer lifecycle using Agile methodologiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for marketing projectsManage internal marketing AI Product dev chronogram and prioritize marketing initiatives based on business value and impactDrive and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and groups to achieve project objectives in B2B SaaS marketing environmentsImplement Scrum or Kanban frameworks to optimize marketing project delivery and team productivityMaintain discipline and provide comprehensive status reporting for all projects within the Demand Gen - Analytics, Insights, and AI Development organizationLead implementation of new marketing projects, coordinating with project managers and stakeholdersCustomer Centricity Initiatives (Customer Journey & Marketing Strategy)
Design in partnership with MKT Strategy, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Analytics and CoE to test and optimize customer journey mapping initiatives across awareness, consideration, trial, adoption, and expansion phasesApply Agile principles to iteratively improve customer touchpoints and marketing campaignsImplement customer pilots of lifecycle marketing programs to drive acquisition, retention, and expansionCollaborate on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and multi-touch attribution modelsUse sprint-based approaches to test and optimize marketing campaigns and customer experiencesCross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with business partner functions including Digital, Marketing Operations, Segments, and Commercial Excellence to ensure seamless coordinationWork closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to identify opportunities for modeling and standardization across marketing functionsPartner with VPs, Directors, and stakeholders across various business segments to align marketing strategies with overall company goalsCoordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment across the customer journeyFacilitate cross-functional Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between marketing and product development cyclesStrategic Leadership & Innovation
Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new marketing processes and technologiesFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing teamPromote Agile mindset and practices across marketing teams, encouraging experimentation and rapid iterationLead marketing automation and lead nurturing program implementationsIdentify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gainsChampion test-and-learn approaches to marketing initiativesData-Driven Decision Making & Analytics

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS marketing or marketing technology3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS companies with understanding of subscription business models2+ years of experience implementing Agile methodologies in marketing or cross-functional environmentsPMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferredAgile & Project Management Skills
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferredProven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile teamsExperience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana)Understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and velocity trackingMarketing & Industry Knowledge

The base compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
