This is initially a temporary position (Practica) for one year, with the potential to become a permanent position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS MARKETING SPECIALIST – PRACTICA?

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the marketing activities in Iberia, contributing to building awareness and generating leads through all the channels. Together with the Channel Marketing Specialist, this person will implement the local marketing plan and work closely with our sales and marketing colleagues to help bringing the Axis brand to life in our region. This person will develop and strengthen our relationships with our partners by driving marketing activities and providing education through the available Axis programs and tools. Also, create awareness and business opportunities with end-customers and partners through marketing activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Marketing Execution

Implement the local marketing planCoordinate a variety of campaigns across events, digital, telemarketing, etc.Manage lead generation and nurturing using Salesforce and PardotMonitor campaign performance and contribute to monthly reportingEnsure data quality and support lead conversion in collaboration with salesHelp maintain budget tracking and financial accuracy

Communication & PR

Contribute to the execution of the local PR plan in collaboration with our PR agency and EMEA communication teamCoordinate local press releases and maintain the press centerDevelop case studies and manage local success storiesSupport e-newsletters and ensure website content is current and engaging

Channel Marketing & Education

Support the implementation of Axis partner programs and local initiativesOrganize and promote the Axis Academy program in IberiaUpdate and maintain partner-focused contentCollaborate with partners and thought leaders to run joint campaigns and activities

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive team player who is eager to dive into the world of B2B marketing and technology. You’re not afraid to get hands-on with a range of marketing tasks and tools, and you’re comfortable working in a collaborative, multicultural environment. This person also needs to have the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. Moreover, we are looking for someone who is aligned with the Axis Core Values!

Apart from this, we would like you to see if you have/are:

2+ years of experience in a similar marketing roleA strong interest in B2B marketing and the tech sectorHighly organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesFlexible and open-minded, comfortable with change and new ideasA great communicator with strong interpersonal skillsAnalytical and data-driven with attention to detailFluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus)Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, and preferably Salesforce and PardotKnowledge of the IT/security market is a plus.

This role requires occasional travels within the Iberia and SEUR region.
