Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive category business success and execution within guidelines set by LAM BUs and Global.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the briefing with local expertise to the range architecture team and business unit on needed articles, specific retailer needs and other volume and image driving opportunities, local market and category trends, and business opportunities to maximize the category´s potential in the country
• Support the preparation of the sell-in process including: sales and marketing meeting presentations, Sell-in tools and relevant packages and exclusives. Support to Local Account Marketing team to make sure the other Country areas understand the seasonal strategy, priorities, etc for a successful sell-in
• Be the owner of key operating processes and reporting for the category, such as tracking category financials, sell out performance, market share, among others to take timely corrective actions if needed and/or provide correct visibility for key stakeholders.
• Be the key contact for local commercial and brand activation teams for the assigned category for the country, with a clear overview of the execution in the market, key channels and accounts through frequent trade and digital visits/review.
• Provide any required scenario analysis related to the Category, and participate of 90-60-30 meetings to be fully on board on a Brand Activation perspective on status of the category, and take corrective actions in case they are necessary

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• University degree or equivalent education required
• Marketing principles: Understanding of basic marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics.
• Market research: Knowledge of techniques for gathering and analyzing market data and category execution. Proven analytical skills, focus on business and commercial KPIs.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating presentations for key stakeholders and collaborating with team members.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
• Key Abilities: Analytical thinking, Problem Solving, Time Management, Adaptability and Detail oriented.
• Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
