Style Theory is a dynamic fashion subscription platform dedicated to providing endless style choices through sustainable fashion. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital ad campaigns with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads (starting in January).
Role Overview
As the Paid Marketing Specialist, you will own the technical aspects of our paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta in the initial months. You'll strategically allocate budgets to achieve target cost-per-acquisition (CPA), execute testing with clear metrics, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. This role emphasizes technical expertise over creative input, as we have a dedicated copywriter and designer.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Allocation: Distribute provided budgets effectively across ads to meet targeted CPA. Technical Setup & Tracking: Ensure tracking is in place to accurately measure campaign performance; troubleshoot any technical issues related to tracking. Testing & Optimization: Run and analyze A/B tests, reporting on results and implementing learnings for campaign refinement. Strategic Planning: Provide strategic recommendations to reach monthly goals, refining tactics based on performance data. Shopify Landing Pages: Use Shopify to create dedicated landing pages when needed to support campaign conversions.Required Skills & Experience
Paid Media Expertise: Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, with experience in TikTok Ads and Google Ads preferred. Technical Skills: Proven ability to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot tracking systems. Shopify Knowledge: Comfortable creating dedicated landing pages on Shopify as needed. Analytical Mindset: Skilled at analyzing data and metrics to drive informed decisions. Clear Communication: Ability to communicate insights and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.
