The Marketing Specialist will manage and oversee all digital components and campaigns for the division including but not limited to creating strategies and advertising initiatives for digital campaigns, schedule, implement and monitor social media platforms, email campaigns, paid search campaigns, display campaigns, and manage online listings. The Marketing Specialist will manage and collaborate with the regional and corporate channel teams to ensure all expectations and KPIs are being met, to improve division digital campaigns.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

Create and implement content for the Southwest division on Lennar.com using online content management systems and JD Edwards (JDE)Creation and oversight of website marketing content for community, amenity, floorplan pages, images, etc.Create landing pages and content as neededSchedule, implement and monitor all social media content and advertisingSchedule, implement and monitor all email marketing campaignsCollaborate with corporate channel teams for digital advertising and all other marketing efforts while staying within budgets allocatedManage and oversee all listing platformsMonitor and report on web traffic and activity using web analytical tools Make recommendations to improve online campaignsMaintain technical proficiency of content management tools, policies and proceduresHandle complex projects independentlyManage and implement digital departmental budgets in order to measure and report on ROI performance of online marketing channelsCreate new opportunities to promote the division’s communities, as well as fine-tune and improve existing digital campaigns with the goal of obtaining quality leads for sales associates.Work with the Corporate Communications team on implementing national initiatives and digital trendsReview and approve all digital creative processes Through the proper channels, monitor the scheduling and implementation of all digital advertisements and promotionsIdentify trends across marketing channels and develop action points as neededEnsure all e-mail and social media marketing are in compliance with Regional and Corporate branding and legal standards.Create, report, and manage online marketing KPIs

Requirements

Minimum High School or GED requiredAdvanced computer skills and technically savvy with proficiency on Microsoft Office Programs 3-5 years of experience in Web AdministrationProficient in the use of CanvaBachelor’s Degree or related experience preferred Experience with Image Editing Applications Professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlinesExcellent writing and organization skills – writing samples will be requestedTeam Player with ability to work well under pressure

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office.  Also requires the ability to read plans, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds.  Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator.  Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages.  Standing is required for filing and copying.
