Marketing Specialist
Main Responsibilities:* + Develop well thought our marketing plan and business plans, execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve planned targeted revenue for those products. + Attend sales meetings to review, including marketing share analysis and adjust strategies & tactics accordingly to ensure execution of plans are in line with the team or country goals. + Maintain close relationship with key accounts and ensure full customer satisfaction by providing appropriate services in response to the customer’s needs. + Communicate with the sales team on the development and execution of new product launches to ensure the sales team is properly prepared upon completion. + Conduct product in-services, including physical demonstration or training of products and evaluation for successful account conservation. + Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to. + Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities or customer complaints relating to the products, procedure and quality system. + Follow HCP & OEC (Ethics and Compliance) policy to implement marketing event. + Organize physician, nurse and patient education and marketing programs. Monitor post-event results by HCPs/staff members to assess cost/benefit. + Regularly visit HCPs and market/clinics and understand current market trend to drive current organization growth and market share gain. + Need to execute accounts activities to drive sales growth and market share in Taiwan market. + Effectively develop and manage promotion budget to deliver strategic marketing plans and sales objectives. + Organize and attend local, national, and international meetings and conferences. + Communicate with PR (Public Relations) agency and manage public media when needed. Skills & Experience Required:* + Bachelor or above degree. + At least 3 years sales/marketing roles including experience as a sales representative. Preferably in cardiovascular space. + Ability to support multiple, complex projects simultaneously. + Must have strong communication skills. + Have competency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English and Mandarin An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
