Marketing Specialist

[ Job Summary ]

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing events such as symposiums and user meetings, managing promotional materials, and coordinating advertising content. This role includes supporting digital and print communication, overseeing design production, and maintaining alignment with global HQ marketing strategies. The position also involves supporting sales teams and business partners with marketing assets and handling internal communications and events.

[ Job Description ]

1. Marketing Content Development & Execution

Plan and produce marketing materials such as X-banners, posters, brochures, and leaflets tailored to both internal and external audiencesOversee advertising and promotional content, including journals and medical abstracts for Medical Communications Support (MCS)Manage and update microsite content to ensure accuracy of hospital and service informationMonitor digital campaign performance and generate actionable insights through data tracking and reportingModify brand design elements and manage campaign funds (Brand Box)Support NFT-related marketing initiatives and contractual processes

2. Event & Communication Management

Plan and execute key events such as symposiums, cadaver workshops, user meetings, and tradeshowsManage logistics including tax invoice issuance and materials coordination for event executionSupport internal communications, including ad-hoc company events and production of internal materials (e.g., calendars, diaries)Coordinate with Global HQ on marketing asset requests and updates using MAM systemParticipate in global Marcom update calls and address related inquiries to ensure alignment

3. Sales & Partner Enablement

Provide marketing support to the sales team and external business partners (e.g., product information, banners, brochures)Monitor and manage inventory of printed marketing materials to ensure timely availabilityRespond to ad-hoc requests from sales and partner teams quickly and efficiently

4. Project & Global Collaboration

Support global consumer marketing initiatives and impulse content campaignsCollaborate closely with HQ to ensure consistency in marketing strategies and localized executionTrack microsite inflow data and provide performance insights using ExcelContribute to the execution of cross-functional and cross-regional marketing projects

[ Job Qualification ]

A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications, with a proven track record in event management, advertising, and content production.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., digital marketing, brand management) is a plus.Strong expertise in event management, advertising materials creation, and branding design.Demonstrated ability to manage both digital and print marketing channels effectively.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office.Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills.Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools is a strong advantage.B2C marketing experience and familiarity with microsite management are preferred.

[ Preferred Skills ]

Prior experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry is highly desirable.Experience working on international marketing campaigns and liaising with global teams.Familiarity with NFT marketing and viral marketing strategies is a plus.
