**JOB SUMMARY** The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and supporting all company sales initiatives. Its scope includes, but is not limited to, working with all Marketing Associates, Sales Management, Merchandising. Creating and developing new promotional ideas to increase sales, preparing reports, and tracking promotions. Utilizing and promoting all corporate marketing initiatives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Create and prepare sales flyers, as needed + Responsible for all social media updates and communication + Create, generate and distribute reports through the appropriate software programs + Prepare sales analysis spreadsheets and evaluate performance opportunities **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** High School degree or equivalent **Experience** 2 years of marketing experience **Skills** + Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Outlook, Salesforce Chatter, all Social Media avenues, PowerPoint + Great Communication Skills AFFIRMATIVE ACTION STATEMENT: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
