About the Role:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing activities to build sales pipeline and bookings for the North American market. This includes digital campaigns, sponsorships, content creation, social media, digital and in-person events, email marketing, and more. You will collaborate closely with the North American sales teams to develop and execute campaigns supporting sales goals. Campaigns will align with the buyer's journey and require cross-functional collaboration among teams within marketing and across Kyriba. This role also involves measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and manage marketing campaigns in the North American market
Utilize the full marketing mix (events, webinars, content, emails, ABM, etc.) to build awareness and generate leads
Collaborate globally to develop integrated strategies and tactics
Manage field and regional events, including logistics and speaker coordination
Oversee multiple projects and campaigns to meet deadlines
Communicate plans and details across teams to ensure alignment
Use KPIs and analytics to target and optimize campaigns
Stay updated on industry trends to refine messaging
Optimize activities to maximize ROI and drive sales-qualified opportunities
Focus on North America, while collaborating with peers in other regions as needed
Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs
Align tactics and content to the buyer's journey
Support the planning and execution of Kyriba's annual user conference and various user group regional meetings
Education, Experience, and Skills:
3+ years of marketing experience; event and demand generation experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience marketing SaaS and cloud-based solutions strongly preferred
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and re-prioritize according to changing demands
Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns and in-person events within a B2B organization
Experience in Account Based Marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and Marketing Automation Systems (Pardot preferred)
Ability to learn new MarTech tools as needed
Ability to analyze and interpret data based on KPIs to make day-to-day business decisions
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Limited travel required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Base compensation for this role is: $72,800.00 - $92,000.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive.
