uMajor Responsibilities/Activities:

Assist marketing team to implement all marketing promotion activities, ensure to conduct the marketing activities smoothly

Prepare all relevant materials and documents including meeting/event agenda, invitation letter, advertising paper, registration form for all participants, etcManage and coordinate with vendors to support the meeting/eventLogistic support to the meeting/event including all booking management of transportation and accommodation, collection of participant list as well as meeting receptionInvolve all product marketing activities, timely complete meeting minutes

Assist in stock-take and marketing expense control

Inventory management of product material and brand reminderPurchasing and payment process/system operation and maintenance to ensure all efficient marketing activitiesRegular review all marketing expense report, timely remind the marketing team for the budge control

Provide the administration service and support

Provide all logistic support to all group marketing team membersCoordinate all group marketing team meetingSupport to check and submit the reimbursement report for all group team membersEstablish and manage all group marketing documents including contract, promotional material and approval form, fax, memo and meeting minutes

1.REQUIREMENTS:Industry experiences: Minimum 1 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industryPosition experiences: Minimum 1 years working experience on marketing or administrative support is preferredLanguage Skills: Fulent in English both oral and writtenComputer Skills: Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPointMobility: Willing to travelOther Special requirement:Thorough understanding on the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical device markets) is a plusGood understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing senseGood presentation and data analysis skillAutonomy/Independence, Assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essentialStrong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and well organized
