Marketing Specialist
+ Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement through social media, digital marketing, and traditional marketing channels. + Develop content and manage social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring that they are aligned with the brand guidelines. + Create and implement marketing campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, and print advertising. + Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and promotional programs that support sales objectives. + Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and compelling marketing materials that drive brand recognition and customer engagement. + Conduct market research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors. + Analyze campaign data and report on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. + Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns are executed successfully. + Coordinate events and sponsorships to promote the brand and increase visibility in the market. + Ensure that all marketing materials are compliant with local laws and regulations. + Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. + 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry. + Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Creative mindset with attention to detail. + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
