**Job Summary**
The Marketing Specialist plays a vital supportive role in advancing work across various functions within CHS Marketing by managing projects, facilitating communication, and performing administrative functions. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, at times this role collaborates directly with the Executive Vice President for Marketing and Communications, Regional Marketing Directors, and Creative Services. Periodically, the position requires interaction with other corporate teams, hospital marketing directors, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
**Essential Functions**
+ Coordinates project timelines, priorities, and deliverables for marketing initiatives, including advertising, digital marketing, and communications.
+ Supports the internal project management processes related to traditional and digital advertising, creative services, and communications
+ Assists with the development and maintenance of marketing resources, including toolkits, intranet updates, and orientation materials for new marketing directors
+ Prepares content for marketing director meetings, presentations, and communications to align with strategic priorities
+ Tracks marketing program performance metrics and prepares reports and dashboards for stakeholders
+ Supports the annual marketing planning and budgeting process and assists in monitoring progress throughout the year
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Complies with all policies and standards
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required; focus on Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
+ 4-6 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role required
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
+ Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including project management platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools
+ General knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies
+ Analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
+ Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
