Marketing Science Partner, Mid-Market EMEA
**Summary:** Join our Small And Medium Business Marketing Science team in Dublin. We unlock the full potential of businesses on Meta platforms by transforming advertising performance and industry practices through the use of data-driven analytical methods. This role will challenge you to not only provide strategic direction to advertisers about their measurement efforts, but also to create tools, develop global programs and identify ways to automate Marketing Science guidance. **Required Skills:** Marketing Science Partner, Mid-Market EMEA Responsibilities: 1. You will work with a broad array of Meta advertisers in measuring true business value and growing their businesses through Meta's ad platforms 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, R&D, Business Engineering, Ads Research, Creative Shop to develop and deliver global Measurement programs 3. You will consult with clients and agencies on products and solutions for different needs and challenges as it pertains to media, marketing, or key measurement questions 4. Assess the impact of programs and initiatives to drive value for Marketing Science, Meta and advertisers 5. Apply your analytical expertise to drive new business growth in service of client delivery 6. Contribute to the product roadmap to improve usability and suitability for a cookieless world of Meta and/or Open Source measurement solutions and methodologies **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. 5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or advertising effectiveness 8. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field 9. You have experience building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and collaborating across cross-functional teams 10. You have experience inspiring action based on data-driven insights including influencing advertisers planning and buying behaviour 11. Proven experience in working with structured and unstructured data-sets, statistical software such as R programming language, SQL and/or Python is a must 12. Ability to communicate technical content to general audience 13. Experience with digital advertising measurement methods and technologies 14. Experience with field experiments, experimental design, survey sampling and/or panel data **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Experience in product analytics, business intelligence or marketing analytics 16. Understanding of the advertising landscape 17.
