Position: Marketing/Sales Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing/Sales Support Specialist to lead and execute branding, communication, and other marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for supporting digital marketing programs, social media management, and outbound marketing efforts such as trade shows and seminars.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with email campaigns, social media management, and marketing initiatives. Research and write blog content related to the industry. Develop and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Support outbound marketing efforts, including trade shows and events. Perform Salesforce research, data entry, and reporting. Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings and client documentation. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses. Create marketing materials and promotional content. Identify speaking engagement opportunities for leadership. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

Self-starter with a proactive and creative mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience in social media management is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Eager to learn and grow as a marketing professional.

Work Schedule & Modality:

Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday Remote position, with the expectation to commute to San Juan in a few months when the role transitions to a hybrid modality.
