Your role and responsibilities
To strengthen our market presence in Bulgaria, we are seeking a visionary Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth and elevate our brand to new heights. You will be in charge of our Electrification business and will lead a high-performing and talented team, develop key partnerships, and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to position us as the premier choice in the industry.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Crafting and steering a powerful sales and marketing strategy that accelerates revenue growth, expands market share, and positions the company as an industry leader
Driving business success by establishing and tracking key performance targets, optimizing sales volume, refining pricing strategies, and by actively engaging with our customers with a hands-on approach
Coaching, inspiring and continuously developing a results-driven and dynamic sales and marketing team by fostering a forward-thinking culture of continuous innovation and adaptability, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Driving collaboration and engagement locally with other teams & functions, as well as internationally with peers and extended leadership team
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
5+ years of experience leading large sales teams—ideally in the electrical engineering or industrial sector—with in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and the Bulgarian market
Proven ability to manage diverse teams across functions and geographies; excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders
Data-driven and self-motivated, with a strong grasp of compliance, risk management, and governance, complemented by fluency in English and a readiness to travel locally and abroad
