Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Services in Jakarta, Indonesia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as neededObtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.Qualifications for the role
Experience in Sales, must have experience of electrical switchgear Medium Voltage and Low Voltage.Preferably Electrical Engineering background, but any graduate with the right experience will be acceptable.Experience in Service segment of electrical switchgear will be an advantage.Should be a people leader in the past. Must have knowledge of the market in Indonesia relevant to his business role.Able to communicate in English well.More about us
