In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution across Cross-Sell initiatives (supplementary cards, upgrades, etc.), Online Leads Sales & Digital Onboarding. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving improvements in productivity, cost per acquisition, efficiency, and sales quality across the online acquisition funnel—while closely managing plan expectations tied to revenue delivery + Lead Customer acquisition efforts for the Consumer and Small Business Card portfolio, leveraging Digital and Telemarketing sales channels. + Drive incremental revenue by accelerating cross-sell (Internal Acquisition) through smart targeting, product mix and channel strategy. + Lead and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness, focusing on solution selling capabilities across the team. + Leverage insights and needs from Customer Experience perspective to deliver superior journeys to improve conversion. + Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure health, conversion, and alignment with business targets. + Drive channel development and vendor partnerships aligned with the Quality Growth Strategy. + Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across cross-functional and digital sales teams. + Apply strong numerical and analytical skills to manage plan expectations, assess revenue impact, and monitor financial performance of acquisition initiatives. **Minimum Qualifications** + Proven experience in multichannel sales including Online, Digital, TMK and Cross-Sell. + Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and build structured, scalable acquisition processes. + Strong analytical and financial acumen to model revenue forecasts, assess ROI, and manage performance to plan. + Expertise in pipeline management, sales execution, and strategic planning. + Strong leadership presence with a track record of motivating teams and influencing across matrixed environments. + Experience developing and executing successful digital sales strategies. + Skilled in building top-tier sales teams through performance management and continuous enablement. + Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. + University degree in Business or a related field. + Project Management. + Fluent in English. **Qualifications** We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
