The Crown Is YoursAs a Marketing Compliance Operations Associate, you will lead Quality Assurance efforts and support daily operations for our marketing channels across all products like Sportsbook, Casino, Daily Fantasy Sports, and more. You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing campaigns adhere to DraftKings best practices, obligatory state-specific regulations, and ultimately deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll do as a Marketing QA AssociateEnsure all DraftKings marketing campaigns adhere to regulatory compliance across all active regions.
Lead comprehensive QA efforts on email, mobile, and app/web merchandising channels to ensure all campaigns are accurate, render properly, and adhere to channel best practices.
Monitor and regularly report on QA and Operations metrics.
Help build and maintain team process, tooling, and documentation
Coordinate with groups across the marketing org to deliver on-going improvements to the marketing QA and compliance programs
Be available to participate in an on-call escalation schedule which may require some weekend and holiday availability based on business needs.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 27.06 USD - 33.82 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
