CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Project Manager opening for our client in Creve Coeur, MO. Location: Creve Coeur, MO Duration: 12 months Duties: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing tactics, product launches, trade shows, and digital initiatives, with emphasis on the agriculture sector. Collaborate with brand managers, product managers, agronomists, sales teams, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution. Develop and manage project timelines, track milestones, and oversee budgets for efficient resource utilization. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital content, and event logistics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery. Skills: Strong project management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in project management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and event planning (agricultural context preferred). Experience: 3–6 years of marketing project management experience, preferably within agriculture or ag-tech. Familiarity with agricultural markets, customer segments (e.g., growers, dealers, agronomists), and seasonal marketing cycles preferred. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
