You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** Acting as a Marketing Program Manager you will develop and execute strategic marketing programs to support the launch, promotion, and lifecycle management of medical device products. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory and compliance considerations, to ensure all marketing activities meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration with product management, clinical, regulatory, and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that engage healthcare professionals, hospital systems, and patients. With a strong focus on project management, market research, and data-driven decision-making, the Marketing Program Manager will lead initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support commercial objectives, and contribute to improve patient outcomes. Your role will cover all Latin America, requiring travel within the region (up to 30-40% of the time) to support regional initiatives and engage with stakeholders. We also offer the flexibility of the hybrid working model, which combines in-office and remote work, offering a balanced professional environment. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Direct the development of company market requirements for Cardiac Surgery product lines. + Lead and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities + Interact directly with Global and local teams to identify new marketing opportunities + Work individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion + Identify unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace + Facilitate and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships + Coordinate trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions + Create and implement marketing strategies tailored to the unique market dynamics of Latin America, considering cultural, economic, and healthcare system differences across the region. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and distributors, to drive advocacy and adoption of our products. + Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge. + Collaborate with clinical science, medical education and sales teams to develop training programs and educational content for surgeons and healthcare professionals, ensuring proper understanding and utilization of products. + Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand presence and track campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimizations. + Manage marketing program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree + Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience + Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, both written and verbally + Proven experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, with a focus on surgical or cardiovascular products being a strong advantage. + Familiarity with Latin American regulatory environments and healthcare compliance standards. + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making in a matrixed environment. **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
