Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Marketing Program Manager II.
Responsibilities:
* Manage brand creative assets by uploading, categorizing, and tagging all files (including images, videos, and audio) into the digital asset management tool, ensuring accurate metadata entry and version control
* Develop, manage, and adjust project timelines to balance the scope of work with internal and agency team capacities
* Track and manage project deliverables and deadlines, collecting critical "need by" dates and partnering with stakeholders to proactively address any issues
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth internal circulation of campaign elements with teams such as social, PR, and media
* Organize and distribute media specifications, channel requirements, and best practices for all cross-channel deliverables
* Manage versioning, feedback, and legal compliance, ensuring all legal inputs are provided to agency partners and accurately executed within the creative
* Conduct quality assurance (QA) on all creative materials to ensure flawless execution of final assets
* Coordinate the seamless delivery of final assets and launch times to all relevant cross-channel teams
* Manage project financials by initiating purchase order requests and organizing estimates and invoices for reconciliation of billing
