Marketing Program Manager, CAPE Fire TV
The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly. They will have deep experience in consumer marketing, and demonstrated ability to drive programs and manage partners and stakeholders. They will have experience working in the app and content streaming industry, and a passion for diving into data to uncover actionable insights. They will be equally comfortable generating innovative ideas for growth as well as ensuring tactical level details are executed. The ideal candidate will embody and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture, creating a measurable impact across Amazon and the wider industry landscape.

Key job responsibilities
· Own a select number of strategic 3p app partner accounts for Fire TV, driving marketing strategies to achieve customer engagement and acquisition goals. Manage close relationships with product and technical teams to support new launches.

· Own the merchandising strategy on Fire TV across multiple placements in various countries, working with business development teams across geographies to coordinate content sourcing and campaign scheduling.

· Manage automation and process-optimization projects to efficiently scale marketing and operations across multiple countries.

· Experiment with a multi-channel marketing strategy for customer acquisition and engagement, including owned an operated channels, performance, content marketing, and more.

· Manage the end-to-end creation, execution and analysis/reporting of marketing campaigns including work-backwards plan, approvals, launch and reporting.

· Manage programs and stakeholders from cross-functional teams on a local and international level supporting marketing GTM plans or adoption of features.

· Partner with Amazon teams such as Devices or Alexa to impact the growth of Fire TV holistically, identifying opportunities for co-marketing campaigns.

· Use customer research, data and analysis regularly to develop deep insights, translate them into test plans, campaign ideas or opportunities for optimization.

· Develop detailed and crisp business requirements, user stories, playbooks, case studies and frameworks.

About the team
The CAPE team (Content & App Partner Engagement) team operates the Appstore that bring apps and games to customers on Fire tablets, Fire TV, and the Amazon Appstore for Android devices. We focus on delighting customers as well as developers (partners who we work with that develop apps and games). You are joining a team with international representation in Seattle, Tokyo, Bangalore, Chennai, Luxembourg, London, Berlin, Munich, and more.
