We're working with a world-leading creative-software provider to appoint an experienced Marketing Programme Manager. You will oversee the international roll-out of the company’s next-generation, AI-enabled content and experience platform across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
Programme leadership: create and maintain the master Workfront plan, milestones, dependencies and risk registers for all regional workstreams.
Steering & governance: chair a cross-functional steering group; prepare concise executive dashboards and status reports linked to fiscal priorities.
Stakeholder alignment: collaborate with creative, studio, field-marketing and product teams to ensure timely delivery, clear accountability and issue resolution.
Adoption & value tracking: define KPIs, monitor platform usage and ROI, and present insights to senior leadership.
Change communication: develop newsletters, executive summaries and town-hall content to keep global stakeholders informed and engaged.
Product feedback loop: capture user feedback and liaise with product management to inform roadmap enhancements.
Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years’ experience leading complex, multi-region marketing-technology or digital-transformation programmes.
Advanced proficiency in Workfront (or comparable enterprise PM software).
Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with C-level and cross-cultural teams; additional language skills advantageous.
Strong data-driven mindset with excellent written and visual presentation abilities.
Background in Martech, content supply-chain or enterprise SaaS environments preferred.
