Specific compensation details will be discussed for each individual opportunity.Responsibilities: Contribute to critical initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth. Designing and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns, spanning digital platforms (email, mobile, display, social) and traditional avenues (in-store, print). Operating and optimizing marketing automation platforms to deliver targeted and personalized customer journeys. Fostering strong partnerships with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., creative, legal, merchandising, analytics, sales) and external partners (e.g., agencies) to ensure seamless project delivery and strategic alignment. Overseeing marketing initiatives from initiation through completion, including managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to our client's brand and regulatory standards. Analyzing campaign performance metrics to extract actionable insights, recommend strategic adjustments, and demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts. Developing compelling messaging and content that resonates with diverse audiences and supports our client's health and wellness initiatives. Contributing to the strategic planning of marketing programs, informed by consumer insights and market trends. Qualifications: 2-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on digital strategy, content management, or campaign execution. Demonstrated experience with marketing automation technologies, with a strong preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and their application in orchestrating customer communications. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience within the healthcare, retail, or a similarly regulated industry. Familiarity with regulatory review processes for marketing materials. Background in utilizing analytics platforms or project management software.
