Your Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives, leveraging digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), POS materials, trade fairs, and innovative promotional activities to drive significant sales growth. Architect high-impact promotional campaigns, designing customer incentives that align with corporate objectives and deliver maximum ROI, with a strong focus on digital activation and performance tracking. Provide expert analysis and strategic guidance on competitor activities, market trends, and digital landscape shifts, shaping changes in broader market strategy and positioning. Spearhead the creation and implementation of advanced marketing plans for high-profile events (both physical and virtual), utilizing cutting-edge marketing techniques and technologies to elevate our brand presence and engagement across digital platforms. Direct and oversee all phases of event coordination, ensuring alignment with brand vision and seamless integration of external service providers and digital amplification strategies to consistently deliver exceptional event outcomes. Work directly with internal and external teams on content development and execution of marketing, advertising, promotional activities, and campaigns, ensuring effective communication tools that successfully elevate our unique value propositions in both traditional and digital formats. Oversee website management and edition, ensuring an optimized digital presence that supports marketing objectives and enhances user experience. Utilize CRM (Salesforce) understanding and organization to optimize customer relationship management and leverage data for targeted digital marketing efforts. Proven experience with budget/spent management aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across marketing channels, including digital advertising. Support the regional marketing team with additional marketing and administrative tasks as necessary to meet departmental objectives and requirements. Your Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Communication, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in marketing strategy and execution, with a proven track record in digital marketing. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale promotional campaigns and events, with a strong understanding of digital campaign lifecycle. Strong analytical skills for competitive market analysis, strategic planning, and performance measurement of digital marketing campaigns. Exceptional leadership and project management abilities to oversee cross-functional teams and external vendors, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, analytics). Excellent English communication and writing skills are required for working with outside vendors and colleagues to execute on objectives. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate or advanced skill level (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SAP knowledge for purchase requisitions and control is a plus. Demonstrated effective and appropriate intercultural skills is necessary. Knowledge of the automotive industry and aftermarket focus is preferred. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
