Join us! **Job Description:** Serves as administrator for workflow tool in addition to supporting platform advancement and maintenance including ADA platform and forms development, campaign builds and deployment, and other needs as defined. Requires an individual with an understanding of workflow, workflow tools and back-end programming, has solid knowledge of core communication pieces and can make judgement on job requests and edits. Can prioritize and manage a multiple function role. Must be able to work effectively with requests through creative and deployment; strong collaborator across teams. Understanding of ADA principles, standards, and testing. + Day-to-Day management of Self-service ADA remediation portal, in-tool platform edits and operational form workflows + Supports the build and management of content management system (CMS). Help prioritize gaps in content and functionality;define requirements and develop, test, and implement new and enhancedcommunications + Collaborates with team members in the day-to-day management and administration + Ensures documentation of key work procedures and provides training as needed + Includes liaison with legal and registered principal partners as needed **Requirements:** + Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) + Superior organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail + Proficiency in MS office, Adobe Pro & InDesign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic + Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment + Experience and/or background in marketing and/or financial services/retirement industry + Must be able to work in a team environment **Desired:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design + 5+ years of industry experience and demonstrated understanding of content management systems. + Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Adobe Workfront, Pro and InDesign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic **Skills:** + Highly organized and efficient with time and project management skills; detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through. + Self-motivated, results-orientated individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision + Strong communicator and influencer within team and with other departments + Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time **Minimum Education Requirement:** High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent For internal employees; participation in a work from home posture does not make you ineligible to post **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
