Key Responsibilities 


HubSpot CRM Management & Optimization 

Administer, configure, and maintain HubSpot CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.  Execute and ensure best practices for data entry, segmentation, workflow, sequences, automation, and reporting within HubSpot.  Support data integrity between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., AI optimization tool, Sales dialer, Data intelligence platforms, marketing automation, ERP). 

Data Management & List Building 

Build and segment targeted lists for sales outreach, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.  Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across HubSpot records.  Regularly clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM data.  Monitor and ensure data governance and compliance policies. 

Campaign Content Management & Sequence Creation 

Create and maintain HubSpot sequences for sales outreach, ensuring they are aligned with campaign goals and audience segments.  Import and upload marketing content (emails, landing pages, forms, etc.) into HubSpot to support ongoing campaigns and customer engagement efforts. 

Operations & Process Improvement 

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to suggest CRM tool processes and improve efficiency.  Document CRM workflows, processes, and policies for internal reference, if requested. 

Reporting & Analytics 

Generate dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track sales performance, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness. 

Support & Troubleshooting 

Collaborate with third party teams for CRM system support requests.  Support in troubleshooting CRM errors and maintaining system reliability. 

Qualifications & Skills 

Aptitude for CRM data management, reporting, and list-building.
Experience with Hubspot, ZoomInfo and Orum is a plus.   Understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and integrations is an asset.  Ability to collaborate across teams.  Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.  Proficiency in English and French.
