Marketing Operations Specialist
**CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Operations Specialist opening for our client in Texas.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Drive client collaborations and execute digital marketing initiatives across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. + Assist in designing campaign journeys, selecting criteria, determining the channel mix, and setting up reporting structures. + Ensure campaign execution aligns with best practices for marketing automation and creative standards. + Partner with Client Service Delivery teams to maintain Direct Marketing methodologies. + Establish and document quality procedures to ensure efficient and accurate campaign delivery. + Support wrap-up analysis reporting and leverage analytics to propose new ideas and continuous improvements. + Contribute to marketing optimization programs to enhance performance and engagement. **Skills:** + Proficiency in at least one specialized marketing automation tool (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar). + Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign design, and automation processes. + Knowledge of scripting for campaign building and workflow automation. + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive insights. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. + Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. **Experience:** + 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign management. + Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns. + Experience with campaign reporting, analytics, and optimization. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $37.00 to $56.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
