The Marketing operations specialist is a temporary position designed to provide critical support for marketing technology operations and initiatives over a six-month period.

 The selected individuals will focus exclusively on non-sensitive content ensuring clarity and consistency in the following areas:

1. Application Documentation:

Create clear, comprehensive, and user-focused documentation for web applications, including PIM (Product Information Management), CMS (Content Management System), and DAM (Digital Asset Management).Ensure documentation serves as a valuable resource for both onboarding and ongoing use while being structured for accessibility.

2. Training Material Development:

Develop engaging training materials that enhance the marketing team's proficiency in the applications mentioned above.Facilitate workshops or presentations to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption of best practices.

Who you are:

Knowledge or experience with PIM, CMS, and DAM systems is preferred.Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to create user-friendly materials.Self-motivated and organized, with a proactive approach to task ownership.
