Key job responsibilities

Support the ongoing operation of marketing organization in LATAM countries.Perform financial analysis, planning, reporting, forecasting and control of marketing activities.Acting as financial control to marketing, participating in the development of budgets, business plan details and ensuring the implementation of activities as company security policies.Control of partnerships funding, preparation of plans with Markets in LATAM region.Involved on the development and implementation of Mkt Ops process and new tools.Monitor the entire payment process, with suppliers’ interface.Organize documents and consolidation of information for management purposes.Design, help build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to enable our team to leverage marketing reports and insights.Own the process of managing the operations that govern all marketing data and how it is captured for reporting. This includes dashboards; and optimizing analytics for each stage of the marketing funnel, to deliver clear views of marketing metrics by segment and channelOrganize and guide marketing stakeholders to forecast campaign performance in accordance with budget to accurately forecast marketing's KPIsCreate training and documentation materials to enable the usage of reports.Keep track of the process timeline and track key milestones on the ongoing execution, follow-up with marketing team to deliver on deadlines.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience on planning and execution processes, investments control for Marketing and Sales Operations & Alliances Programs in the IT market.English and Spanish language skillsEffective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including multi reporting, avoiding miscommunications that can impact the business.Analytical and strategic planning skills complementing a detail-oriented focus.Resiliency while working with different teams and against tight deadlines.
