Marketing Operations Manager (REMOTE)

Position Description

SANS seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to support our marketing and sales teams. Reporting to the Director of Business to Business Marketing, this role will implement the technical components of demand generation, nurture, and account-based marketing campaigns.  This hire will work with marketing and sales technology teams to manage demand generation reporting and dashboards, establish and improve sales and marketing processes, and implement best practices for lead generation operations.

 

Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Manager will:

Work closely with the Director, Business to Business Marketing to execute marketing campaigns and nurture programs using marketing and CRM platforms Maintain/enhance attribution tracking and build reports/dashboards to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify suggestions for campaign enhancements Continually enhance operations processes to drive quality lead identification, high lead conversion and retention, In collaboration with Sales Operations, maintain/enhance database quality, provide segmentation for marketing campaigns in compliance with CAN SPAM/GDPR laws Be intimately familiar with the guts of Salesforce.com including field management, workflows, and process builder. Work closely with Senior Salesforce Administrator and Sales Operations Team on enhancements Identify areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing systems, CRM systems, and data integration; detail support tickets for enhancements Implement web-to-lead forms that include the proper attribution, lead routing, campaign, and field definitions Build nurture campaigns, that include multi-channel outreach and promotion to sales based on logic flows

 

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience with Salesforce.com Experience leading marketing analytics reporting Strong background with a variety of Martech platforms and integration with Salesforce Strong experience with Salesforce Administrator Setup; workflows and process builder Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels, list segmentation; ability to understand workflow processes and systems within the Marketing and Sales funnel HTML and web-to-lead form experience Experience with lead routing and scoring tools Familiarity with deduplication and data upload applications Strong grasp of customer data, analytics, and the importance of proper attribution tagging Ability to work with a rapidly changing environment and ambiguity, collaborate well across teams, multi-task and prioritize workloads; ability to take initiative to achieve results, and meet short deadlines Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to distill complex ideas and data into easy-to-absorb information bites


Position Requirements

This position requires the Marketing Operations Manager, to be available and working during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 8AM – 5PM ET.  This is a remote position.
