You'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach, particularly in recruiting gig-economy drivers, by developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans. We are seeking a candidate that’s passionate about leveraging technology to drive engagement via marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities: + Strategic Marketing & Sales Collateral Development: Create and manage branded marketing materials, including presentations and one-pagers, to effectively showcase initiatives and value propositions to multiple audiences. + Content Creation & Digital Marketing Strategy: Produce high-quality, driver-focused digital content, including ads, landing pages, videos, training materials, and regular social media updates (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube). Develop and maintain a holistic digital communication strategy that reinforces our value proposition, drives engagement, and supports recruitment and retention goals. + Partnership Support, Launches, & Expansion: Provide comprehensive marketing and operational support for strategic partnerships and collaborate on initiatives to expand business opportunities, including new market launches and geographical or catering expansions. Market all driver-focused product releases, announcements, and company milestones across all platforms. + SEO/SMO/PPC for Driver Acquisition & Engagement: Apply knowledge of SEO, SMO, and PPC marketing to optimize driver recruitment campaigns, enhance the visibility and effectiveness of driver-focused digital content, and improve search engine rankings and conversions. + Communication Strategy & Execution: Develop and refine communication plans across various channels, including email blasts and direct mail, ensuring timely, targeted, and impactful messaging to driver cohorts and internal teams. Manage marketing calendars and execute standard operating procedures to ensure appropriate support and marketing of all programs to Operations, Sales, Product, and Driver Recruitment & Onboarding teams. + Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze social media performance, conduct social listening, and provide reports to upper management on reviews across platforms. Link, analyze, and understand social media performance in relation to driver recruitment costs. Create and execute plans to grow and maintain followers on various social media platforms. + Technology & Tools Utilization: Leverage various platforms and tools for communication, analytics, content management, and social listening. Utilize property marketing tools and identify opportunities to improve optimizations of generated content. Qualifications: + Excellent writing, editing (text/photo/video), presentation, and communication skills. + A positive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with strong multitasking and organizational abilities. + The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Experience with digital ad trafficking/campaign management is a plus. + A strong understanding of social media trends across different platforms. + Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and/or other similar video/photo editing programs. + Proven knowledge of SEO/SMO/PPC marketing.
