The Marketing Operations Coordinator – BDR, primary responsibility is to investigate, find and update prospect data, monitor and report on BDR compliance within the Business Development toolset and ensure high-level of quality control within data and systems.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

maintain prospect data and support our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with basic system management and reporting tasks.

Use tools such as Zoom Info, 6Sense, Eloqua Profiler & Salesforce to enhance data for BDRsUpdate Salesforce leads with accurate campaign informationMaintain compliance of opt-out requestsUpdate email changesConduct administrative audits as directedSupport the monitoring and updating of Outreach information to ensure correct messagingProduce and submit reports on BDR activity and other data quality effortsProvide general operational support to the BDR team

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a support or administrative roleFamiliar with basic computer software and CRM software (Salesforce)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving capabilitiesProactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and eagerness to learn
