We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing marketing team at Parameta Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our demand generation engine, including regular updates to client-facing materials, including our marketing website and brochures/factsheets. You’ll also help ensure the smooth and successful operation of marketing initiatives by managing lead assignments and reporting in Salesforce as well as managing our purchase order and budget process.

Role Responsibilities
Website Updates: Assist in maintaining and updating content on the company website. This may include adding new pages or articles, updating product descriptions, or ensuring that website content is consistent with current marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.Maintain Marketing Collateral: Update and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, factsheets, and presentations. Ensure that all documents are aligned with brand standards and reflect the latest product offerings, features, and promotional messages.Salesforce Lead Assignment and Tracking: Work closely with the sales and sales operations teams to ensure leads are assigned accurately and promptly within Salesforce. Monitor follow-up activity to ensure that follow-up is completed and gather feedback from sales about lead quality to refine future marketing efforts.Create and Manage Marketing Emails: Create email campaigns in the marketing automation tool, with guidance from marketing team members.Budget Management: Maintain tracking for the marketing budget, ensuring that invoices are paid and accounted for. Keep all files and logs. Manage the procurement process for onboarding new marketing vendors and raising Purchase Orders as necessary.
