Marketing Operations Associate

We are looking for a career-minded professional with a global perspective to join our Boston-based Integrated Marketing Operations team as an Associate. The primary responsibility of this role will be to work with within firm systems, databases, and resources to source quantitative and qualitative data to support the production and ongoing maintenance of various automated and manual marketing collaterals. The role will also assist in identifying/executing new and impactful ways to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the marketing reporting platform, and provide tactical support for strategic, data, and integration projects, as needed.

The successful candidate will have experience in or knowledge of the investment management industry and know how to navigate within a fast-paced, collaborative, global team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly data driven deliverables, including fact cards, commentaries, presentations, flyers, etc.Partner with key business stakeholders across the firm, including but not limited to, legal, design, technology, and product management, to ensure timely execution of key data, systems, and automation related projectsCollaborate across teams on the launch of new products and the execution of product actionsAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of qualityTroubleshoot issues and resolve production problems related to assigned areas of responsibility.Work with team and business partners off-cycle on improving efficiencies and adding enhancements to templates and processes.

Position requirements

Bachelor’s degree3-5+ years of industry-related experienceAbility to navigate confidently and effectively within and across multiple functional areasTeam player with the ability to work independentlyProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with content automation tools such as Seismic and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), as well as Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat), JIRA, Red Oak, and Microsoft Teams a plus
