Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. **Job Description:** **CIP Process Management (Rebate / MDF & CS)** + Ensure that the BG follows the CIPS process in accordance with the rules + Ensure timely integration of CIPS to Vistex (SAP) and timely release of all agreements in Vistex (SAP) post BG approval + Agreement Hard copy management + Specific for SIBG – support DocuSign process **Accrual Management** + Responsible for monthly Accrual for the approved programs in Vistex (SAP) + Responsible for CIP-related month-end closing data for VN. **Payout Management** + Support rebate/commercial services (YMD1) program validation and acknowledgement from BG + Ensure all payouts are released on time post program conclusion, aligning to GFS policies + Support payouts for Rebates, MDF and CS + Handle VAT invoice requests and reminders; apply correct tax treatment and correct payment method based on VN payment amount threshold. + Prepare supplemental invoice lists for rebate settlements to justify payout amounts. **Audit Support** + Support Internal & External Audits **Communication with BG** + This position supports all three BGs (CBG / SIBG & TEBG) for VN CIP + This person will be interacting with Country BG / Finance / Controller + At the Area level he / she will interact with the BG CC for respective BG and also the PH GSC **Job Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. + Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, incentive program management, or operation in SAP/ERP environments. + Understanding of Vietnamese VAT policies and invoice payment processing. + Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and exceptions. + Organizational and time management skills. + Proficiency in English and effective communication skills to collaborate with related internal & external stakeholders. + Strong working knowledge of SAPand Salesforcepreferred. + Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data tables, lookups, data validation) preferred + Experience working in a multi-national corporation (MNC) environment is preferred + Total Experience 3-5 years Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
