About Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Role Overview
As a key member of the team, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of marketing operations processes across digital, content, and reporting functions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining marketing materials and our website, assisting in campaign execution, ensuring smooth lead management in Salesforce, and supporting marketing budget tracking and vendor onboarding. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in marketing operations, marketing technology, or demand generation within a global financial data and analytics company.

Role Responsibilities
Maintain and update content on the Parameta Solutions website, including uploading new pages, updating existing content, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
Regularly update and version control marketing materials such as brochures, factsheets, sales decks, and product documentation to reflect the latest offerings and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with sales and sales operations to manage marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) in Salesforce. Ensure timely and accurate assignment, monitor follow-ups, and track performance metrics to support lead conversion analysis.
Support campaign setup in marketing automation platforms (e.g., email workflows), ensuring assets are built and deployed in line with marketing plans, and work closely with team members on performance tracking.
Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking spend, managing invoices, and maintaining budget logs. Support the procurement process by onboarding new vendors, raising Purchase Orders (POs), and liaising with finance as needed.
Step in to assist on new or high-priority initiatives across the marketing team, including research projects, event logistics, or cross-functional alignment.
Experience / Competences
Essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
Adaptable, proactive, and open to learning new tools and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace is also a plus.
Desired
Experience or familiarity with marketing systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo), or content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Interest in financial services, data products, or B2B marketing.
Comfortable working with numbers and basic reporting or analytics.
Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
