Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Marketing & Matching Specialist to be based in our Santiago office to help us meet our goal to be the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world. At Cultural Care, we build global families by bringing together international visitors with American host families—providing meaningful childcare support for families, an unforgettable year in America for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties. We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and results-driven professional who wants to opportunity to combine their social media, problem solving, multi-tasking, and consultative sales skills to set our au pairs on the path to a successful, life-changing year (or more) in the USA. What you’ll do: Marketing & Campaign Coordination Collaborate with the central marketing team in Zurich to localize and execute marketing campaigns, events, and projects. Ensure timely and effective rollout of marketing initiatives that align with local market needs. Track and report on campaign performance and suggest optimizations. Work closely with the Marketing Intern, aligning their work with team goals. Collaborate with the intern to support broader marketing, sales, and quality objectives. Ambassador Program Management Lead and grow the local Ambassador Program to drive brand awareness and generate referrals. Set and achieve goals related to active and new ambassadors. Support ambassadors in organizing local events and content creation. Sales Collaboration Partner with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support lead generation and conversion. Provide insights, tools, and materials that enhance the sales process. Share feedback and data to continuously improve marketing-sales alignment. Matching & Candidate Engagement Guide au pairs through the matching process by setting clear expectations and maintaining high engagement. Ensure candidates are well-informed, motivated, and aligned with program requirements. Collaborate with the quality and placement teams to ensure a smooth transition from marketing to matching. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer success, or a related field. (preferably) Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passion for youth mobility, cultural exchange, or the au pair industry is highly valued. Fluent in English and Spanish.
