In this role, as a Marketing Manager - POC in Roche Diagnostics India, you will be at the forefront of creating actionable strategies & driving impact-based marketing campaigns. Your expertise in marketing will empower you to craft seamless customer journeys, ensuring our brand achieves its goals and delivers outstanding results. Your Opportunity

 You will lead the marketing planning for Point of Care products, ensuring every initiative is strategically aligned and detail oriented

You will craft engaging marketing messages, communications, and campaigns that resonate with our target customers (Lab Directors, Clinical care experts etc), enhancing our POC brand, and above-brand presence.

With a strong customer focus, you will actively engage with external partners and customers, elevating your portfolio through significant interactions and relationships.

You will cultivate networking and collaboration across teams & borders, working with international teams to scale your portfolio outcomes and contribute to the success of our affiliate.

 

Who You Are 

You hold a University degree in a scientific, or business field (MBA Marketing)

With a strong eye for business, preferably  in the IVD/pharmaceutical industry, you bring over 4 years valuable experience in product marketing, enabling you to make informed decisions that drive our success.

You are an expert in using various channels, from traditional to digital, and adept at using insights data to measure and optimize the impact of your omnichannel customer engagement efforts.

You possess extensive experience and skills in both strategic planning and tactical execution within marketing and customer engagement.

You are proficient in written and spoken English languages and have ability to understand digital tools
