Essential Job Functions
Drive brand positioning and market development for OncologyCollaborates closely with cross-functional team and to ensure alignment on marketing direction and coordinated efforts for the success of the Oncology business.Lead Oncology and Haematology campaign execution to drive business.
Accountability at stakeholder management strategy and tactical planning and operate key initiatives.Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities. Business ownership, operating expenses management.Collaborate with Access commercial team for product inclusions.Effectively manages multiple agencies to ensure appropriate support for market development activitiesClosely manage and achieve promotional and media budget targets for assigned programsEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policiesDrive the Promotion Review process to ensure marketing materials are cleared for promotional use and secures final production.Support the development of promotional materials in line with Brand Team StrategyContribute to the execution of the Strategic Plan & the initiatives within the marketing plansKnowledge, Experience, Competencies and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required.Oncology Business acumen at least 3 years, preferable with Breast Cancer or Lung Cancer experience.CFT Leadership skillsEnglish level advance, speaking and writing Excellent communications skillsDemonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple priorities. Extensive experience in pharmaceutical industryStrong Data Analyst knowledgeGood interpersonal skills with relevant stakeholdersExperience in project management preferredIn-depth knowledge and experience of pharmaceutical industry, ideally specialty care Experience in pharmaceutical marketing preferredGilead Core Values
