Your role at Baxter

As a Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of planning, coordinating, and implementing the strategic local marketing plan, considering all product lines of the Nutrition Portfolio in Colombia. It is your responsibility to achieve the goals defined by the Regional and Local Marketing organizations established in the budget (income, expenses, and profitability) for each line.

What you'll be doing:

Planning and putting in motion the marketing plan for the country, keeping in mind the guidelines established by Baxter.

Ensure the maintenance of updated strategic data and regularly supervise the marketing positioning of the portfolio according to the local plan and competition moves.

Build and/or nationalize promotional materials for Baxter Colombia portfolio.

Manage S&OP according to sales funnel opportunities presented by sales managers.

Construct the annual plan for direct and indirect sales, and expenses in addition to forecast reviews.

Build and implement the service offered to gain value from the installed base of equipment in combination with financial and technical services.

Control the budget for events, promotions, campaigns, and marketing actions in person and on social media such as e-mail marketing, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

Develop guidelines and supervise the implementation of local promotion and advertising activities, guaranteeing the quality of services and improving the plans' efficiency.

Coordinate, in conjunction with regional sales and marketing managers the accurate use of the evaluation and demonstration resources for opportunities development.

Ensure the application of corporate policies for Nutrition product lines, seeking adequate communication.

Stay in sync with the rules, procedures, and corporate policies, including those pertinent to the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment systems.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree education in Marketing or similar careers.

Post-graduation is helpful.

Proficient English

Proven track record in Marketing roles for hospital pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices in Chile's health system and market for at least 4 years.
